Keesha Sharp
Tyler Perry's film Why Did I Get Married includes her. Perry, Janet Jackson and the film indie Frozen Peas are all starring together in her. She has also appeared in Shattered! Never Die Alone and American Adobo. After graduating from Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in the Conservatory, Keesha set her goal to perform on stage. The actress performed on The Broadway National Tour of Carousel The show debuted off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Other stage performances comprise Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Keesha was a playwright alongside August Wilson himself. Keesha has also directed several episodes of "Lethal Weapon", Are We There Yet? and the shorts One Day, Lillian, and Half Off. Keesha is the co-creator behind Clean, The Brit & Broken Doll and has a variety of new original projects currently in the work. Keesha has been working on an album of full length that will showcase her vocals after her success with "Santa Baby".
